Tansley Village
Hall viewed from Church Street
|
Tansley Village Hall is located at the
heart of Tansley in the scenic Derbyshire Dales, 1.5
miles east of Matlock, on the fringes of the Peak
District National Park.
Its location next to Tansley village
green makes the hall a focal point for activities,
and a popular venue for clubs, groups and parties. The
hall, opened in 1843, was used as a school until
1949.
Make it the venue for your special
occasion! Rates are very competitive. Please see the
"Facilities for Hire" section of this website for more
details.

|
Tansley Village Hall
Lotto has been running for two
years and within that time has paid out £625 in
prizes and donated £850 to the Village Hall
Restoration Fund.
Lotto promotors Jill
Green and Bev Oates would like to thank everyone
who has signed up for the Lotto to date. They hope
you will all continue to be involved.
Application forms
will be distributed soon through letter boxes to
every home in the village (or you can click the
link above and print one out) in an effort to
persuade those people already participating to
renew their membership and to encourage those who
are not involved to sign up. Many of the current
memberships will expire with the September 2010
draw.
If your membership
expires in September, please renew it promptly to
ensure inclusion in the October draw and in
subsequent draws.
