Fete Field

Cllr R Whitworth has written 24 times and complained about the drainage of the pitch, there is one part which continues to hold water and this part has been virtually unplayable for most of the season, and some of the teams have been using other pitches in the area.  The letter from the NPFA was read out.

The letter from the builder was also read out regarding the heating, guttering and slates, disabled ramp and manhole cover at the entrance to Spout Lane.  However, the problem with the guttering and slates tends to be made worse with the children playing football against the building.

A Severn Trent water bill has been received.

A contract has been received from Robinsons Solicitors for the drawing up of the management agreement.

RESOLVED:

To continue to persist to get the pitch playable for the majority of the season next year.

The builder has rectified most of the above, but is still yet to install the ramp and the manhole work, this will be monitored.

To pay the invoice from Severn Trent.

To sign and return the contract with the solicitors.
